Book a Private Event at Whispers!

Celebrate life's special moments at Whispers at Oak Street Beach, where every event becomes an unforgettable experience. Be it a birthday, a spirited bachelorette, a dreamy beachside wedding, or any event worth commemorating, our private cabana area is the perfect setting for groups of 20 or more. Our packages offer an array of amenities including private seating, diverse bar packages, and tantalizing catering options. To further enhance your experience, choose from our live music or DJ options.

Private Event Booking Process

Start Here!

Begin your journey to a memorable event at Whispers at Oak Street Beach by submitting an event request through the provided link. Please look at our Event Calendar to see if your chosen date is available, as we can only host one event per day. Once the Event form is submitted, our Event Manager will confirm your chosen date's availability, and then you will have the opportunity to peruse our wide array of packages to customize your event with bar, catering, and music options. 

Deposit & Invoicing

Our event planner will provide you with an estimate, a credit card authorization form, and an event contract detailing the total amount calculated based on your head count and selected packages. 


A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.


Post-event, we will provide a final invoice reflecting the remaining amount and the credit card on file will be charged for the outstanding balance. 


Full refunds are offered for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event. However, cancellations within 3 days of the event will result in loss of the 50% deposit. If there are any weather concerns, please reach out at least 3 days prior to your event. 

Admin Fees

Please note that an automatic gratuity of 15% will be added to the invoiced amount, along with a 10% Event Administrator fee, to ensure seamless execution of your event.
